Please ensure the cake is LEVEL at all times.

Carry the cake from the BOTTOM of the box only. 

When travelling in the car, keep the cake on the FLOOR OF THE PASSENGER SEAT, and drive carefully.

Store the cake in the FRIDGE and take it out around an hour before it is to be eaten.

Store leftover cake in the fridge in a container, cling film, or foil.

Keep AWAY from direct sunlight and heat.

For tall cakes, be careful of the dowel in the middle supporting the cake.

Cakes should be consumed within 5-7 days and cupcakes within 2 days - you can freeze a cake with can last up to a month however, make sure it's properly thawed out for a few hours, most likely three, before you eat it.
