- Please order at least 7 days before the date you need your order for. Anytime after would be counted as a last minute order and would incur a last minute fee of £15 on top of the original price.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your order, without this deposit, your order WILL NOT be made. Payment information will be sent after an enquiry is received.
- Your deposit will only be refunded if WE cancel your order.
- All cakes, fillings and icings may contain soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. It is the customers responsibility to let us know of these allergies to ensure the safety of those consuming the cake.
- We do not deliver cakes, pickup only. The address for pickup will be given out when the deposit has been received. The remaining payment has to be sent UPON collection. The cake will only leave when the payment has been made.
- Once the cake has left us, it is no longer our responsibility for the care of the cake. (See Cake Care page for how to take care of your order.)
- Any product we make may be posted on social media after it's collected by the customer.
